In this scheme, First and Second year students are assigned parents who take care of them during the term.

The parents are chosen from penultimate or final year students to provide them with academic help and also pastoral support. The scheme aims to build a positive relationship for both parties by providing a better university experience for students and developing mentoring skills for parents. 

There are also many socials and family events that are organised with the parenting theme.

All registered members can request to be parents or children depending on year of study.
